MUST have motor vehicle service advisor experience.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Making appointments, processing repair orders and invoices
- Providing customer support on the telephone or face-to-face at the dealership
- Qualifying customer issues and reporting them for technicians to review
- Ensure customer approval for all repair work to be carried out
- Quote and present our service plan quote and options
- Internal co-ordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to our customers
