The experience at Just Citroen Keighley was great because your salesperson Nathan was excellent to deal with, Very professional and polite. The van was in excellent condition and very well presented when we collected it and the provisions in place for Covid were re-assuring but not too over the top as to take away from the experience. We would happily buy from you guys again and Nathan is actively on the look out for vans that suit our requirement.

The experience at Just Citroen Preston was fantastic because I wasn't rushed into making a decision. I was given all the relevant information and was left to fully inspect the van and take it for a test drive. I was happy with the service at Just Citroen Keighley because i found the whole experience enjoyable, i must admit i was a bit apprehensive when we arrived but the second we walked into the showroom i started to relax, we were met with smiles and politeness. The layout of the showroom was good, masks and sanitiser were available on entry, the place looked clean, bright and airy. We sat down at the salesman's desk, who introduced himself as Nathan O'Hare and asked if we would like a drink, i quickly answered yes please. This guy within minutes, no within moments of meeting him had me relaxed, comfortable and suddenly feeling like family. Well what can i say about Nathan, in one word 'brilliant' for me the best salesman, sorry sales executive i have come across and i have met many. He made the whole process feel seamless, the time just flowed by, i felt like i could trust this guy with my life. After a nice chat about the type of car we were interested in, colour, size, affordability etc. Nathan guided us outside and took us straight to a couple of Aircross's, one black, one blue, the wife and i loved them straight away, especially the blue one. After what seemed like minutes, Nathan worked some magic and we were the proud owners of a blue Aircross. Marks out of ten, Just Citroen (Keighley) 10/10, Nathan O'Hare 11/10.
